Topic | Determination of biomarkers related to gestational age |
Description |
Physiological changes during pregnancy are highly dynamic and involve coordinated changes across multiple molecular and cellular systems of the fetus, fetal membrane, and mother. Advances in technology provide new opportunities to explore the complex biology of pregnancy. Is the identification of biological pathways that lead to preterm deliveryPremature infants are generally at risk for mental and physical disabilities and are also one of the leading causes of neonatal mortality worldwide. However, pregnancy-related illnesses compared to other illnesses such as cancer and disease Cardiovascular diseases have been under-studied. Accurate estimation of gestational age is crucial for clinical care decisions to prevent risks to the baby and mother. In this presentation, we try to review multi-omics data, problem challenges, and past effective machine learning methods.
