Topic | Examining the Similarities between the two RNA Sequences |
Description |
CUTs are a subset of non-coding RNAs. In recent years, CUTs have been implicated in a number of putative gene regulation. Most methods that are used to identify CUT sequences are biological experiments. These methods are costly and time-inefficient. On the other hand, algorithmic methods such as Machine Learning models have performed well and have resulted in accurate predictions on many datasets, including biological datasets. These methods can identify CUT sequences in different species and provide us with data that may help us understand function of CUTs better.
