Topic | Predicting Protein Disorders |
Description |
An intrinsically disordered protein is a protein that lacks a fixed or ordered three-dimensional structure. Finding structurally unstable proteins or disordered proteins has been an important problem during the last three decades. The experimental methods are usually time-consuming and expensive. So it's a need to use computational methods to fill the gap between the discovered sequences and structures to find intrinsically disordered proteins.
In this seminar, a model is presented that predicts intrinsically disordered proteins using computational methods.
