The study of the RNA structure, as one of the major molecules in biological species, is one of the most important bioinformatics issues.
For example, understanding the RNA structure of the coronavirus and its function can help find the right treatment and eradicate the disease.
In this seminar, we will describe the structures of RNA, examine the most important issues in this field, and take a look at some of the main tools offered to solve these issues. Finally, we introduce an approach to examine the unresolved problem of "RNA design" more closely.
